Projects
Here are some of the more notable projects that I've
done/participated in that have not been lost to time, they are in
descending chronological order.
The Hardware Bench (2026-Present)
This year I started moving toward physical computing: a Prusa
Core One, an Arduino kit, a soldering station, and a steady
supply of end-of-life electronics I rescue and take apart. I
document the journey in dedicated research projects: picking and
running the printer, learning electronics from the ground up, and
a field guide to taking donor devices apart. The long-term goal
is to become as fluent in hardware as I am in software, so I can
deliver custom solutions in custom 3D-printed enclosures.
Lesto Product - Digitalization Suite (2025-Present)
The family of internal applications I develop at Lesto Product:
Quality Control, Floor Plan, Law Watchdog, Dynamic DB Backups,
Instruction Center, the company hub, and the fully reworked
employee issue and suggestion system, plus the software side of
the vending machines we produce. It is all internal software, so I cannot link any of it
here, but it is used every day across the company.
The Humble Hub Ecosystem (ongoing)
A self-hosted start page
(humble-hub) and the fleet of personal apps around it, built for myself and
used daily:
babble-building
explores operating the PC by voice,
curated-cool-content
is a personal "hacker news" built only from sources I trust,
little-lidl-list
scans Lidl Bulgaria's weekly offers and scores them for a
training diet, and more keep joining. These and the rest of the
public ones live on
my GitHub.
Company Issue & Suggestion System - Voice of Employees
A software to vastly improve the communication and tracking of
the connected issues and possible improvement inside a company.
The core idea of the project is to allow easy communication
between the different employees of a company which is often made
difficult due to pen and paper solutions or interpersonal
communication problems. Voice of Employees won the Lean
Institute Bulgaria's 2023
Operational Excellence Award for Employee Engagement. Here is a
photo of me
accepting our reward and giving a speech.
Augmented Reality Greek God Defense Game
We made the project for the football club Herakles Almelo as they
wanted a half-time activity to keep their fans engaged. Inspired
by their mascot Herakles - we made a Greek God themed tower
defense game in augmented reality. The idea is for every fan
sitting in the stadium seats to be able to enjoy some quick
action-packed entertainment while they are waiting for the
football match to resume. This project concluded here since it was
happening in the midst of the pandemic and the focus of the client
had to shift entirely.
Hack Vratsa 2016 Winning Project - Browser Adventure Game
Together with a group of friends from school we decided to
participate in our first ever Hackathon. We made an adventure game
with different characters and scenarios that can be played in the
browser. To our amazement we ended up
winning first place
and were awarded with a visit to the European Parliament in
Brussels.
